Vito Baldini | seminary intern | mercy ministry
Vito is a native of Philadelphia with a passion for the hurting people of the city. The reason he is so passionate is because he understands what it is to be broken, as he struggled with drug addiction for years, trying every possible solution to escape life. In 2004 he had a Damascus road experience (Acts 9) and has been on the spiritual journey of following after Jesus ever since. Vito feels called to ministry and received his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Philadelphia Biblical University and is currently enrolled at Biblical Seminary in the Urban Master’s of Divinity. He lives with his wife Amrah in the city where they both hope to be instruments of God to a broken world. If you are looking for ways to serve the city of Philadelphia Vito can be contacted at vito@liberti.org.

He may not be leading back-packing trips on the Continental Divide any longer, but he dreams of building his sailboat and taking the Delaware like Washington. He has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and spent some time at Westminster Theological Seminary. He likes snooty beer, theology, solving problems, making things, teaching and using Google Sketch Up. His homemade pancakes have been perfected and he makes them weekly for his wife, Katharine, and two daughters Lily and Susannah. Mia Wisner | administration
Mia is from the suburbs of Philly, and after six years in Central PA, she and her husband, Doug, moved to South Philly for his job. Since attending liberti in 2009 a few months after it was launched, Mia and Doug have been led to serve the city of Philadelphia and stay here long-term. Mia loves cooking, laughing, hot tea of all kinds, mashed potatoes, enjoying a good beer or glass of wine with friends and family, being warm, giving and getting hugs, and is an avid animal lover and PAWS volunteer. Mayonnaise is her mortal enemy except on Wendy's #7's. She loves her cats Samson, Jasmine, Cleo and Ty and her dog Taz. Oh, yeah, and her husband Doug is pretty cool, too. Just ask and she'll show you at least 100 pictures of her little family. For anything and everything liberti, contact Mia at mia@liberti.org.
